Apple Cider Vinegar and Garlic Cold Remedy

Ingredients:
  • Two heads of garlic
  • One cup of apple cider vinegar
Preparation:
  1. Peel garlic
  2. Smash each clove of one head of garlic with the side of a knife
  3. Bring to a boil in one cup of apple cider vinegar
  4. Simmer for five minutes
  5. Remove and discard garlic (should be blackened)
  6. Add the second head of garlic but this time lightly crush the cloves, do not smash them
  7. Add cayenne and turmeric, and a little honey to help make it palatable
Directions for use:
  • Eat one clove every other hour
  • Opposite hours take a tablespoon of the liquid.
  • Eliminate meat and dairy
Optional:
  • Drink lots of ginger tea, and water with lemon
  • Take oregano oil
  • Bundle up and sweat it out
